There was real time reporting from Danger_Ranger, sorry should have posted that on the site. The two vehicles that crossed the line were the Green Team from Alabama and The Prisoners of Petroleum from Cave Junction Oregon.

Thank you for taking the time to check out what we are doing over here to stir the imagination and get people really thinking about energy.

Cheers,
Jess

Jesse McKinley reported the start of the race from Berkeley. Jesse's report was printed on page A12 of Monday's New York Times. I want to know which vehicles/teams made it over the Tioga Pass and all the way to Las Vegas. Why don't we have real time Twitter reporting on this event?
We're planning a party here in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 19, 2009, on the eve of the Inauguration of our next U.S. President. How about driving from Shipyard Labs aaaaaalllll the way to the Atlantic Coast and joining us on the Mall? You'll be welcome!
Congratulations on capturing my imagination. Act boldly and learn from your mistakes. As a wise woman once observed: Never doubt that a small group of dedicated individuals can change the world. Indeed, it's the only way it's ever been done. Didn't Margaret Mead live in Berkeley, too?
